Overview

CS5207-1 リニア・レギュレータは調整可能な電圧で 7A の電流を +/- 1.5% で供給します。出力電圧の設定には 1.25 V から 13 V の範囲内で外付け抵抗器を 2 つ使用します。このレギュレータはポスト・レギュレータおよびマイクロプロセッサ電源として使用するために作られています。このレギュレータは、ループ応答が速くドロップアウト電圧が低いため、低電圧動作や優れた過渡応答が重要なアプリケーションに最適です。この回路は出力電流レベルに応じて 1V という低さのドロップアウト電圧で動作するように設計されています。最大静止電流は最大負荷時でもわずか 10mA です。このレギュレータは安全動作領域 (SOA)、過電流およびサーマル・シャットダウンの保護回路により過負荷状態から完全に保護されます。レギュレータは TO-220 パッケージで提供されます。A 3.3V、固定バージョンもあります。詳細については、工場にお問い合わせください。
