Overview

CS5208-1 リニア・レギュレータは、1.25V 〜 4.5V の調整可能な電圧で 8A を提供します。この調整可能なデバイスは、出力電圧を設定し、適切なレギュレーションのための最小負荷電流を提供するために、2 つの外部抵抗を必要とします。このレギュレータは、ポスト・レギュレータおよびマイクロプロセッサ電源としての使用を意図しています。このレギュレータは、ループ応答が速くドロップアウト電圧が低いため、低電圧動作や優れた過渡応答が重要なアプリケーションに最適です。この回路は、8A で 1.0V という低いドロップアウト電圧で動作するように設計されています。レギュレータは、過電流およびサーマルシャットダウン保護回路により過負荷状態から保護されています。レギュレータは TO-220 パッケージで提供されます。
