Overview

CS8391 は高精度なデュアル 5V マイクロパワー・リニア電圧レギュレータです。スイッチされたプライマリ出力 (VOUT1) は、最大 250mA 供給し、セカンダリ (VOUT2) は 100mA 供給できます。どちらの出力も、最大ドロップアウト電圧は 600mV で、逆電流は低くなっています。静止電流ドレインは、各出力から 100μA 供給される時、通常 150μA です。ENABLE 入力はプライマリ出力のロジックレベル制御を提供します。プライマリ出力が無効になると、セカンダリ出力から 100μA 供給される時、静止電流ドレインは通常 100μA です。CS8391 は、両方の出力でリバース・バッテリ、短絡、および過熱から保護するため極めて堅牢です。CS8391 は 5 リード D2PAK パッケージで提供されます。
