Overview

LM323A はモノリシック集積回路で、3.0 A を超えても負荷駆動能力により固定正電圧を 5.0V 供給します。3 端子で、内部電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウン、安全領域補償を採用しています。サフィックス A は優れた電子特性と 2% 出力電圧耐性のある改良されたデバイスです。これらのレギュレータは低コストのプラスチック・パワー・パッケージで 0° から +125°C の温度範囲で提供されます。主に固定電圧レギュレータとして設計されたものですが、外部コンポーネントを併用すると、調整可能な電流と電圧を取得することもできます。シリーズパス・トランジスタと併用すると、5.0 V で最大 15 A を供給できます。
