NCP121 は高精度 150 mA VLDO で、NMOS パス・トランジスタと独立したバイアス供給電圧 (VBIAS) を備えています。このデバイスは安定的で非常に正確な低ノイズ出力電圧を提供し、スペースの制限された、ノイズにセンシティブなアプリケーションに適しています。バッテリで動作するポータブル・アプリケーションの性能を最適化するため、NCP121 には、IQ 消費が非常に低いという特徴があります。XDFN6 1.2 mm x 1.2 mm パッケージは、スペースが制約されたアプリケーションでの使用に向けて最適化されています。
