NCP4589 は、軽電流負荷で低電流モードに切り替わる CMOS 300mA LDO です。出力負荷が 3mA を超えると、デバイスは自動的に高速応答モードに戻ります。デバイスは、モード選択ピンを介して永続的高速モードに配置できます。NCP4589 には、標準出力と自動放電構成の 2 つの出力構成があります。このファミリは、SC-70-5 (SC88A)、SOT23-5、および小型の超薄型 1.2 x 1.2 mm XDFN のさまざまなパッケージで利用できます。出力電圧は 0.8V ~ 4.0V の範囲で、100mV 刻みで使用できます。具体的な出力電圧、パッケージ、放電構成については、お近くの営業所にお問い合わせください。
