Overview

NCP4620 は 150mA CMOS 低ドロップアウト・リニア電圧レギュレータで、入力電圧範囲は 1.4V ～ 10V、入力電圧は最大 12V です。出力精度は 1% とすばらしく、低温度係数は ±80ppm/°C です。フォールドバック保護やサーマル・シャットダウンなどの安全機能を持ちます。このデバイスには、標準出力と自動ディスチャージ出力構成の両方があり、100mV 刻みの固定出力電圧 1.2V ～ 6.0V で提供されます。人気の高い SOT23 および SC-70-5 パッケージで提供されます。詳しいパッケージ、出力電圧、放電構成については、お近くの販売担当者にお問い合わせください。
