NCP600 低ドロップアウト (LDO) 線形電圧レギュレータは、固定電圧オプションで 150 mA の出力電流、または 5.0 V から 1.250 V までの調整可能な出力電圧を提供します。ポータブルなバッテリ駆動アプリケーション向けに設計されており、低電力動作、高速イネーブル応答時間、低ドロップアウトなどの高性能機能を提供します。このデバイスは、低コストのセラミック・コンデンサで使用するように設計されており、TSOP5 にパッケージされています。
