NCP605/NCP606 低ドロップアウト (LDO) リニア電圧レギュレータは固定電圧オプションまたは 5.0 V から 1.25 V まで調整可能な出力電圧で 500 mA を超える出力電流を提供します。これらのデバイスはスペースに制約のあるポータブル・バッテリ駆動アプリケーション向けに設計されていて、高 PSRR、低ノイズ動作、短絡およびサーマル保護などの追加機能があります。デバイスは、低コストのセラミック・キャパシタと共に使用するよう設計され、DFN6 3x3.3 でパッケージングされています。NCP605 はイネーブル・ピンなし、NCP606 はイネーブル・ピンありで設計されています。
