Overview

NCP631 は低ドロップアウト正電圧レギュレータで、温度過昇時に 3.0 mA、最大ドロップアウト電圧1.25 Vで、3.0 A の出力電流提供を保証する能力を持ちます。NCP631 は現在、3.47 V の固定電圧バージョンが提供されています。オンチップ・トリミングで、リファレンス/出力電圧を+/- 1.5% 以内と正確に調整します。ソフト・スタート機能により、スタートアップ時間を制御できます。これにより、スタートアップ時に、出力キャパシタの突入電流による電流スパイクが防止されます。内部保護機能には、出力フォールドバック電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウンがあります。NCP631 は D2PAK パッケージで提供されます。
