リニア電圧レギュレータ、1 A、高 PSRR

Overview

NCP1117シリーズは低ドロップアウト (LDO) リニア正電圧レギュレータで、最大ドロップアウト電圧1.2 Vで800 mA温度過昇時に、1.0 Aを超える出力電流が提供できます。固定出力電圧は8つ、1.5 V、1.8 V、2.0 V、2.5 V、2.85 V、3.3 V、5.0 V、12 Vで、レギュレーションを維持するための最低負荷要件はありません。出力が調整可能なバージョンもあります。外付け抵抗 2 つで 1.25 V ～ 18.8 V にプログラムできます。オンチップ・トリミングで、リファレンス/出力電圧を+/- 1.0%以内と正確に調整します。内部保護機能には、出力電流制限、安全動作領域補償、サーマル・シャットダウンがあります。NCP1117シリーズは最大20 Vの入力で動作します。SOT223およびDPAKパッケージで提供されます。
