Overview

NCV4276B は 400 mA 出力電流統合低ドロップアウト・レギュレータ・ファミリで、厳しい車載環境での使用に向けて設計されています。広い動作温度と入力電圧範囲が含まれます。固定および調整可能電圧バージョンがあります。出力電圧精度は 2% です。高ピーク入力電圧耐性、逆入力電圧保護があります。過電流保護、過熱保護、出力電圧の状態を制御する inhibit ピンもあります。NCV4276B は DPAK および D2PAK 表面実装パッケージで提供されます。出力は、広い範囲の出力静電容量と ESR にわたって安定しています。NCV4276B は入力電圧過渡時のスタートアップ動作が改善しています。
