Overview

NCV48220 は超低静止電流 150 mA LDO レギュレータで、バッテリ電圧低下中 (クランキングなど) にフル機能を要求する車載アプリケーションに対応した、バッテリ電圧充電ポンプ・ブースト・コンバータを内蔵しています。NCV48220 が必要とする外付け部品は非常に少数です。通常、NCV48220 の要求する静止電流は最小 35 µA ととても低いので、バッテリに永久接続され、超低静止電流を必要とするアプリケーションに適しています。イネーブル機能を使用して、静止電流をさらに 1 µA まで低減することができます。NCV48220 は、電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウン、逆バイアス電流保護などの保護機能も持ちます。
