Overview

NCV59748 は、超低ドロップアウト電圧レギュレータで、全負荷電流時にドロップアウト電圧 60 mV (標準) で 1.5 A を超える出力電流を提供できます。セラミックなどの 2.2 µF 以下の出力キャパシタで、安定しています。このシリーズには出力電圧を調整できるバージョンがあり、出力電圧を 0.8 V まで下げられます。内部保護機能には、組み込みのサーマル・シャットダウンや出力電流制限保護があります。ユーザプログラマブルなソフトスタートとパワー・グッド・ピンを利用できます。NCV59748 は、DFN10 3×3 パッケージで提供されます。
