NCV8501 は 150 mA の出力電流を供給できる高精度マイクロパワー電圧レギュレータのファミリです。このファミリには、精度が ±2.0% 以内の調整可能な 2.5 V、3.3 V、5.0 V、8.0 V、および 10 V の出力電圧オプションがあります。最大ドロップアウト電圧は最大負荷時で 0.6 V に達します。低静止電流が特徴で、負荷 100µA のときに導出されるのはわずか 90µA です。すべてのバッテリ動作のマイクロプロセッサ機器に最適です。マイクロプロセッサ制御ロジックは、アクティブ RESET (DELAY あり) と、RESET 信号の可能性が高いマイクロプロセッサに早期警告信号を出力するために使用できるフラグ・モニタが含まれています。フラグ・モニタを使用すると、RESET がマイクロプロセッサをシャットダウンする前に、マイクロプロセッサが信号処理を完了することができます。アクティブ・リセット回路は 1.0 V の低い出力電圧で正常に動作します。リセット機能は出力電圧がレギュレーション限界を超えると、パワー・アップ・シーケンス中、通常動作時にアクティブ化されます。このレギュレータは、リバース・バッテリ状態、ショート状態、熱暴走状態から保護されています。ロード・ダンプ過渡に耐えることができるため、車載環境に適しています。
