NCV8664C は高精度な 3.3 V および 5.0 V 固定出力、低ドロップアウト内蔵電圧レギュレータで、出力電流機能が 150 mA です。低リーク・プロセスを組み合わせた万全な軽負荷電流の消費管理により、22 µA の標準静止電流を達成しています。出力電圧の精度は ±2.0% 以内で、最大ドロップアウト電圧は最大定格負荷電流で 600 mV です。入力供給反転、出力過電流フォルト、および過剰なダイの温度に対して内部で保護されます。これらの機能を有効にするために外付け部品は必要ありません。NCV8664C は、NCV4264、NCV4264-2、NCV4264−2C とピンおよび機能において互換性があり、低い静止電流が必要な場合にこれらの部品を置き換えることができます。
