Overview

NCV8665 は高精度な 5.0 V 固定出力、低ドロップアウト内蔵電圧レギュレータで、出力電流機能が 150 mA です。低リーク・プロセスを組み合わせた万全な軽負荷電流の消費管理により、30 µA の標準静止グランド電流を達成しています。NCV8665 は、NCV8675 および NCV4275 とピン互換であり、出力電流が低く、非常に低い静止電流が必要な場合にこれらの部品の代わりに使用できます。出力電圧は ±2.0％ 以内の精度です。最大ドロップアウト電圧は最大定格負荷電流で 600 mV です。45 V 入力過渡、入力供給反転、出力過電流フォールト、および過剰なダイの温度に対して内部で保護されます。これらの機能を有効にするのに外付け部品は必要ありません。
