Overview

NCP1093/NCP1094 は、オン・セミコンダクターの高電力 HIPO パワーオーバーイーサネット受電デバイス (PoE-PD) 製品ファミリのメンバで、IEEE802.3at PoE-PD インタフェース・コントローラを内蔵しています。いずれも、検知、分類、低電圧ロックアウト、高突入/動作電流制限などに要求される機能を装備しています。パワーグッド信号と NCLASS_AT 信号が追加されており、タイプ I とタイプ II のいずれの動作でも、DC-DC コンバータの適正な制御を保証します。加えて、NCP1093 では低電圧ロックアウトがプログラミング可能であり、NCP1094 には補助電源をサポートするアプリケーション用の補助ピンがあります。NCP1093/NCP1094 は、堅牢な高電圧処理によって製造され、頑丈な垂直 N チャネル DMOS を内蔵しているので、どれほど要求の厳しい環境にも適合し、ホットスワップやケーブル ESD のイベントなどの過酷な環境への耐性があります。NCP1093/NCP1094 は、オン・セミコンダクターの ASSP ポートフォリオを産業用デバイスで補完するものであり、ステッパ・モータ・ドライバや CAN バス・ドライバなどの高電圧インタフェース・デバイスと結合すると、工業/セキュリティ市場で完全なソリューションが実現できます。
