Overview

FPF1005 および FPF1006 は、CMOS 制御のターンオンを備えた低 RDS P チャネル MOSFET 負荷スイッチで、ターゲットは小型パッケージ負荷スイッチ・アプリケーションです。入力電圧範囲 1.2V ～ 5.5V で動作します。スイッチ制御は、低電圧制御信号との直接インタフェースが可能な論理入力 (ON) で制御されます。オプションで追加されるオンチップ負荷抵抗器は、スイッチがオフになると、出力を素早く放電します。FPF1005 と FPF1006 はどちらも小型 2X2 MLP- 6 ピン・プラスチック・パッケージで提供されます。
