Overview

高度な負荷管理スイッチ FPF2495C のターゲットは、高集積ソリューションが要求されるアプリケーションです。オフ状態電流ターゲットが厳格で高負荷容量 (<100 µF) の DC パワー・レール (<6 V) からの電力による負荷を切断します。FPF2495C はスルーレート制御の低インピーダンス MOSFET スイッチ (最大 100 mΩ) と統合アナログ機能で構成されています。スルーレート制御ターンオン特性により、高突入電流、ひいては電源レールで過剰な電圧ドループが発生するのを防ぎます。FPF2495C には過電圧保護と過熱保護があります。
