Overview

"FPF2895は28V/5A定格電流制限電源スイッチを採用します。これは過電流保護(OCP)、過電圧保護 (OVP) 、真の逆流防止(TRCB)機能を提供するもので、システムを保護します。 通常27 mΩと低いオン抵抗値を持ち、WL-CSPは4 V～22 Vの入力電圧範囲で動作可能です。FPF2895は±10%の電流制限精度、500 mA～5 Aの過電流範囲、選択可能なOVP、ON極性、OCP挙動などの柔軟な動作が可能であり、これらの機能はシステム要求に応じて最適化できます。
FPF2895は24バンプ、0.4mmピッチ、1.67 mm x 2.60 mmウェハレベルチップスケールパッケージ (WL-CSP) で提供されています。
