Overview

FPF3380UCX は超低オン抵抗シングルチャネル・スイッチを搭載した OVP です。このデバイスにある N-MOSFET は入力電圧範囲 2.8 ～ 23 V の入力電圧範囲で動作でき、最大 5A 連続電流をサポートできます。入力電圧が過電圧閾値を超えると、内部 FET が直ちにオフになり、保護されたダウンストリーム・コンポーネントの損傷を防ぎます。このデバイスには、IEC61000-4-5 規格に準拠した ±110V サージ保護 TVS ベースが統合されています。FPF3380 は小型の 12 バンプ WLCSP パッケージで提供され、-40℃ ～ +85℃ の外気温度範囲で動作します。
