Overview

NCP330は低Ron NチャネルMOSFETです。ソフトスタート・シーケンス2 msで制御、モバイル・アプリケーション向きです。RDS（on）が非常に低いため、最大DC 3Aまでの電源供給/充電が可能です。電源がVinピン（アクティブHigh）に接続され、Vin（内部プルダウン）がない場合にオフに保たれていれば、自動的に有効化されます。
