NCP382 は単入力デュアル出力ハイサイド配電スイッチです。容量性負荷が重くなりやすくショートが発生しやすいアプリケーション向けに設計されており、80 mΩ、PチャネルMOSFET 2 個が 1 つのパッケージになっています。出力負荷が電流制限閾値を超えた、またはショートが発生した場合、定電流モードへスイッチすることにより、出力電流を目的のレベルまで制限します。 電流制限閾値は内部で固定されています。電源スイッチの立ち上がり時間と立ち下がり時間は、スイッチング中の電流リンギングが最小になるようコントロールされています。FLAG ロジック出力は、過電流および過熱状態の間、LOWにアサートします。スイッチは論理イネーブル入力をアクティブ high/low にすることによって制御されます。
