NIS6150 は、費用効率が高くリセット可能なヒューズで、壊滅的障害とシャットダウン障害のいずれに対しても、USB アプリケーションの信頼性を大幅に強化します。センシティブな回路を損傷する入力過電圧から負荷デバイスをバッファ化し、入力側の回路を逆電流から保護するよう設計されています。内蔵の過電圧クランプ回路は、過渡時の出力電圧を制限しますが、ユニットのシャットダウンはしないため、負荷デバイスの動作は継続できます。
