Overview

CM1406 は、ESD 保護を備えた EMI フィルタ・アレイで、4 つまたは 8 つの pi フィルタ (C-R-C) を統合しています。各 CM1406 フィルタのコンポーネント値は 15pF-200 Ω-15pF です。これらのパーツは各ピンに ESD 保護ダイオードを搭載し、静電放電 (ESD) にさらされる可能性のあるセンシティブな電子コンポーネントに対し、非常に高いレベルの保護を提供します。フィルタ・ポートに接続された ESD ダイオードは、IEC 61000-4-2、レベル 4 国際規格の仕様要件の 2 倍である、±15 kV の接触放電という ESD ストライクを安全に消散できます。ピンは、人体モデル (HBM) に対する MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) 仕様 ESD を使用して、±30 kV を超える接触放電から保護されています。
