Overview

CM1420 および CM1422 は、ESD 保護を備えた EMI フィルタ・アレイで、6 つまたは 8 つの Pi フィルタ (C-R-C) を統合しています。CM1420 のコンポーネント値は 15pF-100Ω-15pF です。これらのデバイスは各ピンに ESD 保護ダイオードを搭載し、静電放電 (ESD) にさらされる可能性のある感度の高い電子コンポーネントに対し、非常に高いレベルの保護を提供します。

  • LCD and camera interface lines

  • Cellular Phones, Smartphones, Netbooks, Notebooks, Portable Navigation Devices, e-Readers

  • Six or eight channels of EMI filtering, 15kV ESD protection on each channel
    (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, contact discharge)
  • Excellent broadband attenuation of radiated noise from datalines across all wireless carrier bands
