Overview

CM1457 は、4、6、または 8 つのフィルタを 0.40mm ピッチの CSP フォーム・ファクタに統合した、ESD 保護付きのインダクタ・ベース (L-C) EMI フィルタ・アレイです。 CM1457 の各 EMI フィルタ・チャネルは、6pF-35nH-4.7pF-35nH-1.8pF のコンポーネント値で実装されています。-3dB 減衰でのカットオフ周波数は 300MHz であり、データ・レートが 160Mbps と高いアプリケーションで使用でき、800MHz 〜 2.7GHz の周波数範囲で -35dB を超える減衰を提供します。すべての I/O ピンに ESD ダイオードが含まれており、静電放電 (ESD) に対する高レベルの保護を提供します。外部フィルタ・ポートに接続された ESD 保護ダイオードは、IEC61000-4-2 国際規格の最大要件を超える ±15kV の ESD ストライクを安全に消散できるように設計されています。
