Overview

CM1461 は、ESD 保護付きの pi-style EMI フィルタ・アレイのファミリであり、6 つおよび 8 つのフィルタ (C-L-C) をスモール・フォーム・ファクタ TDFN 0.50 mm ピッチ・パッケージに統合します。CM1461 の 各 EMI フィルタ・チャネルは、3 極の L-C フィルタとして実装され、コンポーネント値は 10pF-20nH-10pF です。-6dB 減衰での CM1461 のロールオフ周波数は 400MHz であり、データ・レートが 140Mbps と高いアプリケーションで使用でき、800MHz 〜 2.7GHz の周波数範囲で 30dB を超えます。
