Overview

CM1485 は、6 リードの SOT-563 パッケージに収められた、ESD 保護付きの 2 チャネル pi-style EMI フィルタ・アレイです。CM1485 のコンポーネント値はチャネルあたり 12pF-100 Ohm-12pF です。CM1485 のカットオフ周波数は 125MHz で、最大 48Mbps のデータ・レートのアプリケーションで使用できます。各ピンに ESD ダイオードを搭載し、静電放電 (ESD) にさらされる可能性のある感度の高い電子コンポーネントに対し、非常に高いレベルの保護を提供します。
