Overview

NCP360 では、誤った VBUS 動作状態が検出された場合にシステムを出力ピンから切断できます。システムは最大 +20 V の正過電圧から保護されます。PMOS FET を内蔵しているので、外部デバイスが不要で、システム・コストが削減され、アプリケーション・ボードの PCB 領域が縮小します。NCP360 は、入力電圧が過電圧閾値 (OVLO) を超えた場合、即時に出力を入力から切断できます。NCP360 では、ネガティブ・ゴーイング・フラグ (FLAG) 出力により、障害が発生しているとのアラートをシステムに送信します。加えて、1.0 µF 以上のキャパシタによってバイパスされた場合の ESD 保護入力 (15 kV Air) があります。
