Overview

NCP4328 は、セカンダリ・サイド SMPS コントローラで、定電流および/または定電流レギュレーションが要求されるアプリケーションでの使用に向けて設計されています。NCP4328x は、高精度の内部電圧リファレンスによる電圧/電流ループ・レギュレーションに向けた 2 つの OTA アンプで構成されています。OTA の出力はオープンドレイン・タイプ (OTA シンク電流のみ) です。NCP4328B には LED ドライバ・ピンとオープンドレイン MOSFET が実装されており、VCC が UVLO を超えた場合に機能する表示目的のデューティ比 12.5% の 1 kHz 方形波によって駆動されます。NCP4328A は TSOP5 パッケージで提供し、NCP4328B は TSOP6 パッケージで提供します。
