Overview

CAT809 は µP 監視回路で、デジタル・システムの電源供給をモニタします。CAT809 で、工業用温度範囲で動作するアプリケーションにある MAX809 を直接交換できます。このデバイスは、リセット信号を生成します。これは、電源電圧があらかじめ設定した閾値レベルを下回ったとき、および電源レベルがこのレベルを上回ってから 140 ms 経過したときにアサートされます。その基盤としてオン・セミコンダクターが使用している浮遊ゲート・テクノロジー AE²™ が、あらゆるカスタム・リセット閾値を可能にします。+5.0 V、+3.3 V、+3.0 V、+2.5 V システムをサポートするために、7 種類の業界標準の閾値レベルが用意されています。CAT809 はプッシュプル RESET 出力 (アクティブ低)、CAT810 はプッシュプル RESET 出力 (アクティブ高) を備えています。電源での高速過渡は無視され、出力は、間違いなく、Vccレベルで最低1.0 Vの正しい状態になります。CAT809は、コンパクトな3ピンSOT-23とSC70の両方のパッケージで提供されます。

  • Offered in three output configurations:
    - CAT809: Push-Pull Active LOW reset
  • Direct replacements for the MAX809 in applications operating over the industrial temperature range
  • Reset valid down to VCC = 1.0 V
  • 6 μA power supply current
  • Power supply transient immunity
  • Industrial temperature range: -40˚C to +85˚C
  • Available in RoHS-compliant SOT-23 and SC70 packages
