Overview

CAT853、CAT863、CAT859、および CAT869 は、監視回路でデジタル・システムの電源をモニタします。これらのデバイスは、リセット信号を生成します。これは、供給電圧があらかじめ設定した閾値レベルを下回ったとき、および電源レベルがこのレベルを上回ってから 140ms 経過したときにアサートされます。業界標準の閾値レベルは +3.3 V または 5.0 V システムをサポートするために提供されます。CAT859 および CAT869 には 2 つのピンアウト・オプションに対して RESET プッシュプル出力 (アクティブ LOW) の機能があります。CAT853 および CAT863 にはオープンドレイン RESET 出力 (アクティブ LOW) の機能があります。どちらも RESET 出力でプルアップ抵抗を必要とします。電源での高速過渡は無視され、出力は、間違いなく、VCC レベルで最低 1.0 V の正しい状態になります。
