Overview

MAX803/NCP803 は、コスト効率の良いシステム監視回路で、デジタル・システムの VCC をモニタし、必要に応じて、ホスト・プロセッサにリセット信号を送信します。外付け部品は必要ありません。VCC がリセット電圧閾値を下回ってから 10 µsec 以内に、リセット出力がアクティブ化されます。VCC がリセット閾値を上回ったあと、工場でトリミングされたタイムアウト期間中、リセットはアクティブのまま維持されます。MAX803/NCP803 には、オープン・ドレイン・アクティブ低リセット (バー) 出力があります。MAX803/NCP803 の出力は、VCC = 1.0 V まで有効であることが保証されていて、SOT-23 と SC-70 パッケージで利用できます。MAX803/NCP803 は、VCC ラインでの高速過渡グリッチを排除するように最適化されています。0.5 µA (VCC = 3.3 V) という低供給電流が、このデバイスをバッテリ駆動型アプリケーションに最適なものにしています。
