Overview

IC の MC1404 は、A/D、D/A、V/F、F/V など、高精度データ変換アプリケーション用温度補償電圧リファレンス・ファミリです。レーザトリミング・デバイスやイオン注入デバイス、モノリシック製造技術が進歩したおかげで、このようなデバイスが安定し、軍事用と商用の両方の温度範囲で、精度が 12 ビットに達しています。卓越した温度安定性に加えて、これらの部品は長期的な安定性も高く、低ノイズです。
