Overview

MC33064/MC34064 は、低電圧センサ回路で、マイクロプロセッサベースのシステムでのリセット・コントローラとしての使用に特化して設計されています。外部抵抗器 1 つで低電圧検知という、開発者にとって経済的なソリューションです。MC33064/MC34064 の特長は、パッケージでトリミングされているバンドギャップ・リファレンス、高精度の閾値によるコンパレータ、リセット動作が不安定になるのを防ぐ組み込みヒステリシスです。10 mA を超えるとオープン・コレクタ・リセット出力によりシンクでき、動作は低スタンバイ電流で最小入力 1.0 V まで保証されます。MC デバイスは、3 ピン TO-226AA、8 ピン SO-8、Micro-8、5 ピン SOT-23/TSOP-5 表面実装パッケージで提供します。NCV デバイスは SO-8 および TO-226AA パッケージです。アプリケーションには、アプライアンス、車載、消費者向け/産業用機器に使用される 5.0 V MPU/論理電源の直接監視などがあります。
