Overview

MC34164 は低電圧センサ回路で、バッテリ寿命の延長が必要となるマイクロプロセッサ・ベースのポータブル・システムで、リセット・コントローラとして使用することに特化して設計されています。これらのデバイスは、外付け抵抗器 1 つで低電圧検知という、開発者にとって経済的なソリューションです。MC34164 シリーズの特長は、バンドギャップ・リファレンス、高精度の閾値によるコンパレータ、リセット動作が不安定になるのを防ぐ組み込みヒステリシスで、6.0 mA を超えるとオープン・コレクタ・リセット出力によりシンクでき、動作は低スタンバイ電流で最小入力 1.0 V まで保証されます。これらのデバイスは、3 ピン TO-226AA、8 ピン SO-8 および Micro-8 表面実装パッケージで提供されます。NCV デバイスは SO-8 パッケージです。アプリケーションには、アプライアンス、車載、消費者向け/産業用機器に使用される 3.0 V または 5.0 V MPU/論理電源の直接監視などがあります。
