Overview

MC3425 は、電源監視回路で、過電圧および低電圧状況のモニタに必要な機能がすべて含まれます。これらの集積回路には、独立してプログラム可能な時間遅延を備えた専用の過電圧および低電圧センシング・チャネルが含まれます。過電圧チャネルは、シャットダウンに対して外部 SCR Crowbar と併用する高電流駆動出力があります。低電圧チャネル入力コンパレータは、外部でプログラムが可能なヒステリシスと、異常表示用のオープンコレクタ出力があります。
