NCP/NCV300 および NCP/NCV301 シリーズは第 2 世代超低電流電圧ディテクタです。バッテリ寿命の延長が最優先となるマイクロプロセッサ・ベースのポータブル・システムでリセット・コントローラとして使用することに特化して設計されています。いずれのシリーズも、ヒステリシスによる高精度の低電圧ディテクタが特長で、コンパレータ閾値がクロスした際に誤ったシステム・リセット動作を防止します。NCP/NCV300 シリーズは相補型出力デバイスで構成され、アクティブ HIGH と アクティブ LOW のいずれかのリセット出力が可能です。NCP301 シリーズは、オープンドレイン N チャネル出力でアクティブ HIGH またはアクティブ LOW リセット出力をします。NCP/NCV300 および NCP/NCV301 デバイス・シリーズは薄型 SOT23-5 パッケージで提供されます。標準低電圧閾値付きです。これ以外にも、閾値範囲 0.9 V ～ 4.9 V から 100 mV 刻みで製造できます。
