Overview

MC34161/MC33161/NCV33161 は、広範な電圧センシング・アプリケーションでの使用を意図したユニバーサル電圧モニタです。回路設計者にとって、これは正/負電圧検出の経済的なソリューションです。それぞれにヒステリシスを持つコンパレータ・チャネル 2 つ、チャネル・プログラミングに向けた独自の Mode Select Input、ピンアウトされている 2.54 V リファレンス、10 mA を超えるシンクが可能なオープン・コレクタ出力 2 つで構成されます。各コンパレータ・チャネルは Mode Select Input によって反転と非反転のいずれかに設定できます。これにより、正と負のいずれでも過負荷/低/ウィンドウ電圧が検出できます。十分に機能するのに必要な最低電源電圧は、正電圧センシングで 2.0 V、負電圧センシングで 4.0 V です。アプリケーションには、アプライアンス、車載、消費者向け/産業用機器に使用される正/負電圧の直接監視などがあります。
