Overview

イメージセンサ KAF-40000 は、高性能の 40 メガピクセル CCD です。 高度な 6.0 ミクロンのフル・フレーム CCD プラットフォームに基づくこのセンサは、高い解像度、広いダイナミックレンジ、4 出力アーキテクチャが特長です。 ラテラル・オーバーフロー・ドレインによりイメージのブルーミングを抑制しながら、シングル電気パルスにより内蔵の Pulse Flush Gate でセンサの残留チャージをクリアします。 Fast Dump Gate を使用すると、ラインのチャージが選択的に除去され、部分的なイメージ読み出しが円滑になります。 また、透明ゲート電極を活用することで、通常の表面照射型ポリシリコン電極を使用する場合と比較して感度が向上しています。 このセンサは、KAF-50100 イメージセンサと共通のピンアウトおよび電子電気的構成を持っているので、このセンサ・ファミリの両方のメンバを 1 つのカメラ設計でサポートできます。
