Overview

ADM1023 は、温度の監視や管理を必要とするパソコンなどのシステムでの使用を目的とした 2 チャネル・デジタル温度計であり、低温/高温アラームです。Pentium® III 向けに最適化されていて、精度は高めで、これによりシステム開発者は、温度のガードバンドを安全に下げ、システム性能を向上させることができます。このデバイスは、Pentium III などのプロセッサによりオンチップを提供されるダイオード接続 PNP トランジスタを使用するプロセッサの温度を測定できます。 または 2N3904/2N3906 のような低コストのディスクリート NPN/PNP デバイスにもなります。新しい測定技術でトランジスタのベース・エミッタ電圧の絶対値をキャンセルアウトするので、キャリブレーションが不要です。第 2 測定チャネルは、オンチップ温度センサの出力を測定して、デバイスおよびその環境の温度を監視します。
