Overview

CAT34TS02 は、JC42.4 準拠の温度センサ (TS) と、2-Kb Serial Presence Detect (SPD) EEPROM とを組み合わせたものです。TS では 1 秒あたり 10 回以上温度を測定します。ホストによってシリアル・インタフェース経由で温度の測定値を取得し、内部レジスタに格納されているトリガの上限値、下限値、臨界値と比較します。限界を上回るか下回る状態になると、オープンドレイン EVENT ピンで通知されます。この統合 2-Kb SPD EEPROM の内部編成は 1 ページあたり 16 バイトの 16 ページ、全体では 256 バイトです。16 バイトのページ書き込みバッファを搭載し、Standard (100 kHz) と Fast (400 kHz) の両方の I2C プロトコルをサポートしています。メモリの下位半分への書き込み動作を禁止するには、ソフトウェア コマンドを使用します。CAT34TS02 のソフトウェア書き込み保護は、DDR3 DIMM について定義されているとおり、永続的にも可逆的にも可能です。
