Overview

CAT6095 は、デジタル出力を必要とする一般的な温度測定用に設計された JEDEC JC42.4 準拠の温度センサで、1 秒あたり 10 回以上、温度を測定します。ホストは、シリアル・インタフェース経由で温度の測定値を取得し、内部レジスタに格納されているトリガの上限と下限、臨界値と比較します。制限範囲の逸脱は、オープンドレイン EVENT ピンで知らせることができます。CAT6095 は、背面側に露出ダイ・アタッチ・パッド (DAP) の付いた省スペース TDFN パッケージになっています。露出 DAP は、全体的な熱抵抗を低減することにより、SOIC や TSSOP、SOT パッケージよりも迅速に熱変化に対応します。
