Overview

NCT1008 は、熱的密度の高いアプリケーションでの使用を目的としたデュアルチャネル・デジタル温度センサです。 NCT1008 の機能は直列抵抗キャンセルで、温度モニタ・ダイオードと直列の抵抗を最大 1.5 kΩ まで温度結果から自動でキャンセルでき、ノイズ・フィルタリングも可能です。NCT1008 にはコンフィギュラブルな ALERT 出力と、拡張された切り替え可能な温度測定範囲があります。NCT1008 は、±1°C の精度でリモート・サーマル・ダイオードの温度を ±1°C の精度で、周囲温度を ±3°C の精度で測定できます。温度のデフォルトの測定範囲は 0°C から +127°C で、これは ADM1032 に適合していますが、この範囲を -64°C から +191°C に広げることもできます。NCT1008 は、システム管理バス (SMBus/I2C) 標準と互換性のある 2 線式シリアル・インタフェースを介して通信します。NCT1008 のデフォルトの SMBus/I2C アドレスは 0x4C です。NCT1008D は 0x4D の SMBus/I2C アドレスで利用できます。これは、同じ SMBus/I2C で複数の NCT1008 が使用されている場合に便利です。オンチップまたはリモートの温度が範囲外の場合、ALERT 出力信号。THERM 出力は、冷却ファンのオン/オフ制御を可能にするコンパレータ出力です。ALERT 出力は、必要に応じて 2 番目の /THERM 出力として再構成できます。

  • Up to two overtemperature fail-safe THERM outputs
  • Remote THERM Limit of 108°C
  • Compatible with 1.8 V Logic
