Overview

NCT65 は低電力温度モニタで、MSOP-8 パッケージに収められています。リモート・サーマル・ダイオードの温度を監視します。計測された温度を固定の /THERM 限界 (70°C および 85°C) と比較して、その温度が限界よりも高いと、オープンドレイン /THERM1 と /THERM2 ピンがアサートされます。/THERM 出力のアサーションとデアサーションが発生し続けないように、NCT65 には 5°C のヒステリシスがあります。NCT65 の電源範囲は、2.8 V から 3.6 V で、ポータブル・アプリケーションに適した低電源電流を特長としています。
