Overview

NCT75はシリアルプログラミングが可能な2線デジタル温度センサで、過熱/割り込み出力ピンによって限界外状態の信号を出力します。これはオープン・ドレイン・ピンであり、コンパレータと割り込みのいずれかのモードで動作します。温度測定値は、高分解能（12ビット）シグマデルタADコンバータ（ADC）を使用してデジタル形式に変換されます。温度範囲-55°C～+125°Cで動作します。 NCT75との通信は、業界標準プロトコルに準拠したSMBus/I2Cインターフェース経由で達成されます。3つのアドレス選択ピンA2/A1/A0を使用すると、8つのNCT75を1つのバスに接続できます。このインターフェース経由でNCT75の内部レジスタにアクセスできます。このレジスタでユーザーは、現在の温度の読み取り、設定の変更、温度制限の調整ができます。 NCT75の電源電圧範囲は3.0 V～5.5 Vと広く、平均電源電流は3.3 Vで575 µAです。電力を節約するためのシャットダウン・モードもあります。定格シャットダウン電流は3 µAです。NCT75は3つの省スペース・パッケージDFN-8/MSOP-8/SOIC-8で提供されます。また、LM75およびTCN75と完全ピン/レジスタ互換です。
