FAN156 は、標準で 10µA 未満の消費電流を消費する低電力シングル・コンパレータです。1.6 V の低電圧での動作が保証されており、5.5 V まで完全に動作するため、1.8、3.0、5.0 V システムでの使用に便利です。FAN156 には、最大 5.0 mA の範囲の負荷でレール・ツー・レール出力スイングを駆動できる相補プッシュプル P および N チャネル出力段があります。
