NCS2200 シリーズは、業界で初めて 1 ボルト未満を達成した低電力コンパレータ・ファミリです。これらのデバイスが消費する供給電流はわずか 10uA です。これらは、0.85V の低電圧で動作することが保証されているため、1.0V 未満の電圧を要求するシステムで使用できますし、最大 6.0V まで完全に動作するため、3.0V システムと 5.0V システムの両方で便利に使えます。その他、出力位相反転やオーバードライブ入力がない、内部ヒステリシスによりクリーン出力スイッチングが可能である、レール・ツー・レール入力/出力性能を持つなどの特徴があります。NCS2200 は、小型の SOT23-5 パッケージで提供されます。2 種類の業界標準ピンアウトを備えた 8 つのオプションがあります。また、NCS2200 と NCS2202 は SC70-5 パッケージで提供されます。NCS2200 は、小型の DFN 2x2.2 パッケージでも提供されます。NCS2200A は UDFN 1.2x1.0 パッケージで提供されます。イネーブル・ピンを LOW にプルした場合 (出力 3 ステート・モード) の電流消費は通常、0.3uA です。このため、携帯用電子機器のような電力に敏感なアプリケーションにこれらのデバイスを実装できます。
